Aims and Objectives

At the heart of the Culture Creators and Carriers (3C) project lies a shared commitment: to preserve, promote, and pass on Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) through education, collaboration, and creativity. By connecting schools from Spain, Turkey, Italy, and Greece, this Erasmus+ KA210-SCH partnership empowers young people to become the cultural ambassadors of tomorrow.

Our Main Aim:

To raise awareness and appreciation of the intangible cultural heritage that shapes our identities and enriches our communities — while promoting intercultural dialogue, digital creativity, and sustainable practices across Europe.

Project Themes & Objectives

Each participating school leads a key theme within the project. Together, they form a comprehensive and dynamic learning journey:

1. The Concept and Significance of Intangible Cultural Heritage 🇪🇸

Led by: Colegio San Isidoro, Spain

  • Help students and local communities recognize the value of living traditions.
  • Explore the cultural, educational, and social importance of ICH.
  • Connect students with their roots while fostering curiosity for others’ heritage.

  • Encourage hands-on engagement with traditional practices, arts, and rituals.
  • Share strategies for protecting cultural knowledge from fading into obscurity.

3. Respecting Cultural Diversity 🇮🇹

Led by: I.T.T. Giordani-Striano, Italy

  • Promote mutual respect and empathy through cultural exchange.
  • Combat stereotypes and foster inclusive attitudes among youth.
  • Celebrate the richness that comes from different customs, beliefs, and values.

4. Transmission of ICH through Education 🇬🇷

Led by: 1st EPAL Sykeon, Greece

  • Train teachers to integrate cultural heritage into the classroom.
  • Equip students to be active carriers of their traditions to future generations.
  • Develop creative, tech-supported methods to keep ICH alive in modern society.

Cross-Cutting Goals

In addition to the four main pillars, the 3C project also aims to:

  • Support green practices and environmental responsibility in all activities.
  • Foster digital literacy through tech-enhanced learning and dissemination.
  • Strengthen European identity through collaboration and mobility.
  • Reach students from all backgrounds, with a focus on inclusion and equality.

Together, we aim to protect what’s valuableshare what’s unique, and build bridges between cultures — one tradition, one story, and one student at a time.

About us

Culture Creators and Carriers (3C) is an Erasmus+ KA210-SCH project that brings together four educational institutions from Spain, Turkey, Italy, and Greece. Our collective mission is to safeguard and celebrate Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) through education and intercultural exchange.

Over an 18-month collaboration, students aged 13–18 engage in exploring and sharing their countries’ traditions — from storytelling and festivals to crafts, cuisine, and folk art — while developing global citizenship values and digital competencies. Our goal is to transform today’s learners into tomorrow’s cultural heritage bearers.
